Behind The Scene
Long before a piece of furniture is made, the timber is hand picked from our local sawmills and the freshly sawn wood is left to dry in our dehumidifying chamber until its ready to be shaped. Wood cannot be rushed, so we take time to understand its grain, movement and imperfections, allowing its natural character to guide our decisions. From selecting the timber to the final finish, care is an integral part of everything we do.

My curiosity for how things work began early, taking things apart and building them back again. It led me to study industrial design at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, before bringing me to Goa in search of a slower, more hands-on way of life.
Wood continues to fascinate me — its grain, its character and the way it patinas with time. Over the years, I’ve explored different species, experimented with joinery and learnt to work with the material rather than against it.
What began as a one-person workshop has grown into a small, dedicated team, bringing together thoughtful design and considered craftsmanship to create furniture made to last.
